★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Записалась на стрижку, наращивание ногтей и окрашивание, заранее скинула все фотографии, что мне нужно будет делать. Когда уже сидела на ногтях, мастер по волосам сказала, что на окрашивание у неё времени нет и очень нехотя сделала стрижку (и то, мастеру по ногтям пришлось отдать меня ей посреди процедуры, а то потом бы у неё не было времени). Администратор просто хлопала глазами на мое возмущение, ни извинений, ни скидок мне не предложили. Сервисом не довольна абсолютно. Пришла как будто не в салон, а к людям, которых я ещё и уговаривать должна, чтобы мне сделали все, о чем мы договорились. Не рекомендую данный салон к посещению!
 I signed up for a haircut, nail extension and staining, I threw off all the photos that I needed to do in advance. When I was already sitting on the nails, the hair master said that she did not have time to dye and very reluctantly made a haircut (and even then, the nail master had to give me to her in the middle of the procedure, otherwise she would not have time). The receptionist just blinked at my indignation, they didn’t offer me an apology or a discount. I am not completely satisfied with the service. As if I came not to the salon, but to people whom I also have to persuade, so that they can do everything that we agreed on. I do not recommend this salon to visit!
