Service - 5/5 Menus in many languages, staff speaks English, Chief Remzi went out to greet and recommend some food. Checked afterwards, also great to see him cooking. Accept credit cards. Food - 5/5 Difficult to describe how tasty were the food. Mushroom and Mercimec soups, Testi kebab, sarma beiti kebab and katmer for dessert. Highly recommended, would love to come back and try chief’s recommendations…

The food at the restaurant was delicious and was very elegantly presented as well. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with recommending some of the dishes. We wanted to try more things so it was helpful that we could go for smaller portions (e.g. half a cup of soup instead of full). My only regret is that I was too full at the end to try the desserts ? I definitely recommend this restaurant!

Great restaurant. Not only the food is is delicious and the prices are very reasonable, also the service is is great and you get a big variety of appetizers on the house. I was there 4 out of 5 nights when I stayed in Ürgüp. I would have been there even 5 times, bit on Monday it's closed. Halil, one of the waiters and owners speaks English fluently and also helps when it comes to sight seeing as he is also a tour guide. When I left the restaurant on my last day and told him that I'm doing a motorcycle trip around the west coast, we stood together for another 30 minutes and he gave a lot of good tips where to go and what to visit. We planned the rest of my trip from Antalya to Izmir. I can warmly recommend this place.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely amazing! We tried a lamb dish on a bed of eggplant and potato. The lamb was extremely tender and delicious! The other dish was a meat kebab wrapped in bread with yogurt and tomato sauce, again, finger licking good! The appetizers, bread, and the baklava dessert were all wonderful! We were fortunate to meet the owners of this restaurant and both gentlemen were very kind and charming. They made several recommendations of other areas in Turkey to travel to. If we could give this restaurant 100 stars we sure would, 5 stars doesn't do this restaurant justice!

Located away from the touristic city center but worth the walk. The mezes at Chef Remzi were our favorite ones during our 2 weeks in Instanbul and Cappadocia - and guess what, they come on the house! We had the mushroom soup as a starter, which was really tasty. Same goes for the braised lamb - though I would have liked to have some sort of sauce with it.

Great experience chef Remzi came to the table to meet us. Food is so good and staff super nice. Reasonable prices $.

Me and My Turkish husband stopped by this restaurant last night. My husband tried Mushroom soup and Beyti Roll ! Mushroom soup was super wonderful and Beyti was also More than wonderful ! NevŞehir Tava was just so so . But All the appetizer before the dinner was really tasty. This restaurant is the ONE of THE BEST restaurant in Urgup town!
