★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu kurumda ''amator ascilik kursu'' isimli kursa katildim. "Burnuaz", "julyen" gibi havali sebze dograma teknigi isimleri disinda yeni hicbir sey ogrenmedigimi soyleyebilirim. Birsey ogrenmemis olmam bir tarafa, baska olumsuzluklarla da karsilastim:
- O kadar para vermemize ragmen kullanilan malzemelerin otantik olmamasi ve en ucuz malzemelerin temin edilmesi. (ornek: Osmancik pirinciyle yaptigimiz muhtesem (!) sushi :-D)
- Hocamiz olan sefin bir sonraki gunun sinifinda kullanilacak bazi malzemeleri bize hazirlatmasi. Afedersiniz de neden yarin gelecek ogrencilerin yapacagi pizzanin hamurunu ben aciyorum?!
- Sefin -buyuk ihtimalle sektor insani olmasindan dolayi- bize verdigi "sarimsagini yagini bol koyun guzel olur" gibi vasat ve vizyon yoksunu tavsiyeler. Ayrica neden bize "cabuk ve kolay domates sosu" yapmayi ogretiyorsun arkadasim? Ben haftasonu evde arkadaslarima aksam yemegi yapacagim, bana cafe'lerde 10 dakikada yapilan dandik domates sosunu degil, ev yapimi guzel domates sosunu yapmayi ogret.
Kisacasi, eger oldurecek vaktiniz varsa ve evinize filan yakinsa bu kursa gidebilirsiniz, ama beklentilerinizi iyice dusuk tutarak gidin derim. Ya da en iyisi gitmeyin, guzelinden bir yemek kitabi alin, daha ucuza daha cok sey ogrenirsiniz.
I attended the course called "amator cooking course" in this institution. I can say that I have not learned anything new, except for the names of fresh vegetables as "Burnuaz", "julyen". I have not learned anything, on the one hand, I have encountered other negativities:
- Although we give so much money, the materials used are not authentic and the cheapest materials are provided. (example: the magnificent (!) sushi we made with Osmancik rice :-D)
- Our teacher, the chef, prepared some materials that will be used in the next day's class. Excuse me, why am I opening the pizza dough for future students ?!
Mediocre and vision-lacking advices, such as "the garbage is likely to be human," he gave us, such as "a lot of garlic is good for a lot of fat." Also why do you teach us to make "quick and easy tomato sauce" my friend? I will have dinner with my friends at home over the weekend, teach me how to make home-made beautiful tomato sauce, not the toasted tomato sauce made in cafes in 10 minutes.
In short, if you have time to kill and you are close to your home, you can go to this course, but I say go by keeping your expectations well low. Or do not go best, buy a cookbook from your beauty, you will learn more for less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and cozy place to go with friends, maybe having mini workshops to learn some staff of Turkish cuide and maybe have lovely & quite lunch dishes&wine and maybe going there only giving a try of San Sebastián Cheesecake. 100% recommended. Call them for more info about courses and hours of their chef touch 's brasserie.
