Musteri temsilcisi Okan Bey uzun ugraslar sonucu aydinlatmamizin kristallerinin benzerini buldu ve aydinlatmamizda hasar olusmustu kendileri lazer yapistirici ile tamir edip herhangi bir yerde gosterilmeyecek ilgi ve musteri memnuniyeti sağladı. Ozcan aydinlatmada calisan Okan Bey e ve Hanim calisanlara guzel karsilamalari ve kendilerinin urunu olmadigi halde gosterdikleri ilgi ve titiz calismalari nedeni ile cok tesekkur ediyorum. Hello 3 weeks ago, we went to Ozcan Lighting in Siteler / Ankara because the glass crystals of our pedestal lighting that we imported years ago were broken as a result of an accident. Customer representative Okan Bey found the crystals of our lighting as a result of long efforts and damage had occurred in our lighting and they repaired them with laser glue and provided interest and customer satisfaction that would not be shown anywhere. I would like to thank Mr. Okan and Mrs. Ozcan, who works in lighting, for their nice welcome and for their interest and meticulous work even though they do not have their products.
