Очень понравилось внимательное отношение к клиентам. Сервис прямо-таки, как будто в Европе, а не в Турции :)
Есть девушка Айлан, которая говорит на русском - это тоже плюс.
В общем, помогли с документами на ВНЖ, очень доволен ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İkamet uzatmak için gittik,18 yaş altı çocuk için sigorta bedeli istediler 1 yıllık ikamet için 1600 tl-2 yıllık ikamet için 3500 tl istediler.Kendileri ışlem bedeli almayacaklarını belirttiler,ancak 18 yaş altı çocuklara sigorta şartı olmadığı için alacakları sigorta parası tamamen onlara kalacaktı!!Işlem yaptırmadan çıktık,güven vermedi..1 yıldız bile verilmez!
We went to extend the residence, they asked for insurance fee for the child under 18 years old, they asked for 1600 TL for 1 year residence and 3500 TL for 2 years of residence. They stated that they would not charge the transaction fee, but since there is no insurance requirement for children under 18 years of age, the insurance money they will receive will be completely up to them! !We left without any transaction, it did not give confidence..not even 1 star!
