★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cok kaba ve hic profesyonel olmayan davranislarla karsilastim. Calisanlar calisma saatlerinde denize gitmek istedikleri icin once isimi ertelemek istediler. Sonra isin yarisinda iken basta anlastigimiz fiyati degistirdiler. O yuzden geri kalan isi iptal edip sadece yapilan isin ucretini odemek istedim ve fark ettim ki halihazirda yapilmis olan is de yanlis basilmis. Yanlis oldugunu belirttigimde "sizin dosyanizda ne varsa onu bastik, bizde hata yok" dediler. Benim dosyalarimda hata yoktu, oyle olsa gittigim diger ozalitcide de ayni sorun cikardi ama Ceylan Ozalit'in yarisini 25 dakikada yaptigi isin hepsini bir aciklama yapmadan 15 dakikada orada yaptirabilirdim. Cikti almayi bile bilmeyen birinin daha buyuk isleri nasil yaptigini tahmin edemiyorum. Bunun yaninda inanilmaz kaba bir tavra maruz kalmam da cabasi. Sanki ben musteri degilmisim de nezaketen bana yardim ediyorlarmis gibi olan tavirlari beni inanilmaz rahatsiz etti. Kabalikla karsilasmak istemiyorsaniz ve isiniz duzgun olsun istiyorsaniz burayi asla onermiyorum.
I encountered very rude and unprofessional behavior. Since the employees wanted to go to the sea during working hours, they wanted to postpone my name first. Then they changed the price we agreed on at the beginning while they were in the middle of the job. That's why I wanted to cancel the remaining work and only pay for the work done, and I realized that the work that was already done was also misprinted. When I pointed out that it was wrong, they said "we printed whatever is in your file, we have no errors". There were no errors in my files, so the other blueprint shop I went to would have had the same problem, but I could have done all the work Ceylan Ozalit did in 25 minutes without any explanation, in 15 minutes. I can't imagine how someone who doesn't even know how to take a print is doing bigger things. Besides, I was exposed to an unbelievably rude attitude. Their behavior as if I was not a customer but they were helping me out of courtesy made me incredibly uncomfortable. If you don't want to encounter rudeness and you want to do your job properly, I never recommend this place.
