İnternet sitesi gayet güzel banyo dolabi ve vestiyer almak icin haritalardan yerini bulup gittik fakat sitesine aldanip bir magaza hayal ederken keresteci dükkanı gibi bir yer cikti karsimiza icierisine girmedik ama dışarıdan hayal kirikligi

Kapıda çevsan mobilya ile ilgili hiçbir ibare yok başka bir tabela var içeri girip sorduğunuzda burası diye söylüyorlar çevsan 'nın internet mağazası olduğunu belirtiyorlar ürüne bakmak istediğinizde internetten beğenin diyorlar teslim süreside 2 hafta olarak söyleniyor yani görerek almak gibi bir düşünceniz varsa kesinlikle gitmeyin tavsiye etmiyorum

Dedikleri gün ve saatte tam istediğim gibi teslim ettiler, evet mağazaya gittiğinizde internet sitesindeki ürünlerin hepsini göremiyorsunuz çünkü küçük bir yer ama internet sitelerinden hangi ürünü beğenirseniz hatta benim gibi “şu ürününüze benzesin ama ayakları şöyle olsun ama çekmecesi böyle olsun ama renkleri şöyle olsun” diye hiç görmediğiniz ürünler de sipariş etseniz tam istediğiniz gibi yapıp, dedikleri gün ve saatte getirip, monte ediyorlar, ayrıca ürünler bittiğinde son aşamadan önce yine sizin görüp onay vermeniz için ürünleri görmeniz için sizi çağırıyorlar, ben çok memnun kaldım, herkese tavsiye ediyorum.

5 yıldızların hepsi yalan. Kurumsalliktan uzak, internetten toplama resimler ile site kurmuş. Tavsiye etmem.

Tavsiye etmiyorum. Kurumsal değil. Bildiğin keresteci dükkanı. Internette onca resim atmışlar. Boş. Canlı model var mı yok. Sakın aldanmayın. Uyanık olun.

Biz sürgülü kapı düşünüyorduk ve internetten Çevsan Mobilyaya ulaştık, iletişime geçerek adrese gittiğimizde, bize üretici firma olduklarını, stokta ürün bulundurmadıklarını ve ürünleri sipariş üzerine ürettiklerini söylediler, adresimize gelerek ölçü aldılar, 2 hafta gibi bir süre zarfında getirip kapıyı teslim ettiler. Memnun kaldık ve teşekkür ederiz herkese de tavsiye ederiz.

Highly recommend especially to expats like us. We ordered a kitchen island and matching cabinets for extra storage for our new rental. To be honest, we had really low expectations. Given the fact that almost every hired labor in this country is utterly unprofessional from their delivery times to leaving the house like a dump site after they finish their work, we expected the same thing with these guys. Boy were we wrong and pleasantly surprised. Knowing that we're here for a couple of years and stuff for this rental will most likely won't travel with us, we ordered something to be on the cheapest end of material options they offered. From day one, they did provide images of the work in progress, double checking everything with us. They finished the manufacturing in 3 business days. They called 2 days before the delivery day and most surprisingly, they did show up on the exact time promised! This never happened with almost 10 plus men/service we hired before. They showed up as a team of four. Everything was wrapped immaculately. They did the installation in less than half an hour. And, although they hardly caused a mess, they asked for a vacuum cleaner. I swear to God, I wanted to cry and hug all of them :) Long story short, they did deserve every single penny and then some. We will def contact them and only them for some other furniture we want built. I know I sound dramatic but who moved here and needed a handyman or ordered anything would empathize with us. Cevsan Mobilya restored the faith we had lost and so far, have been the only business who did not give us any headaches. Thank you Cevsan team for being true professionals!
