Yada bu işlemin bir ücreti var mı gibisinden sorular sorup bilgilenmek istiyorum ordaki Nagehan adlı hanım -adı da doğru mu bilmiyorum- 1. sorudan sonra hemen bir kaçma telefonu kapatma eğiliminde..Madem bu işi beceremiyorsun yapmak istemiyorsun ne işin var orda? Kısacası belediyelere gidip kitapları vermek yada belediyenin gelip alması en mantıklısı en azından kendini anlatabilen insanlarla denk geliriz...
 A terrible institution... I have about 200 books that I want to send for recycling, I'm looking for the institution, how is this business going, do you buy or do we bring it? Or if there is a fee for this process, I would like to ask questions and be informed. The lady there named Nagehan -I don't know if her name is correct either- she tends to run away and hang up immediately after the first question. If you can't do this job, you don't want to do it, what are you doing there? In short, we come across people who can explain themselves, at least, it is the most logical thing to go to the municipalities and give the books to the municipality.
