★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ürünü bir eşeğe yükleseniz daha önce teslim edilir. Muğla Vivense’den aldığım ürünlerin Ceva Logistic’e verildikten sonra gelmesi için 15 gün bekledim. Hasarlı çıkan ürünleri geri yollamak için de mecburen Ceva logistic’e verdim ürünleri. Aradan 20 gün geçti, ürünler hâlâ teslim edilmedi. Ne zaman teslim edileceğiyle ilgili olarak bilgi de alamıyorum
If you load the product on a donkey, it will be delivered earlier. I waited 15 days for the products I bought from Muğla Vivense to arrive after they were given to Ceva Logistic. I gave the damaged products to Ceva Logistic in order to send them back. 20 days have passed and the products are still not delivered. I also can't get information on when to deliver

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesinlikle berbat bir firma kargodaki ürünüm 4 gündür yolda gözüküyordu. Bir anda teslim edilmişe düştü. Ama ne kargo var ortalıkta ne de muhattap telefonlarada bakan yok.
Definitely a terrible company, my product in the cargo was on the road for 4 days. It fell into surrender in an instant. But there is neither cargo around nor anyone looking at the interlocutor phones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koçtaştan aldığım ürün 2 haftadır ulaşmadı, 18.12.2020 teslimat tarihi görünüyor ancak ne şube telefonlarını açıyor ne de dönüp bilgi veriyorlar. Defalarca koçtaşa şikayet oluşturdum, onlarda ulaşamadıklarını söylüyorlar. Dün kargo teslim edilemedi diye de not düşülmüş. Hangi sebeple teslim edilememiş çok merak ediyorum. Berbat bir firma, kesinlikle çalışmayın. Ürünü iptal edeceğim.
The product I bought from Koçtaş has not arrived in 2 weeks, the delivery date is 18.12.2020, but they neither turn on the branch phones nor give information back. Ürünlerim hem 8 koli şeklinde paketlenmişti, hem de büyük parçalardan oluşuyordu.. Hızlı eksiksiz ve sağlam teslim ettiler.. Gerçekten işini hakkıyla yapan, görevine titiz ve son derece ahlaklı, saygılı ve çalışkan personeli tebrik ediyorum, teşekkürler..
I bought a bunk bed for the children.. They were in contact with the car until they brought it to our address in Marmaris.. I congratulate the punctual and polite staff.. My products were both packed in 8 boxes and consisted of large pieces.. They were delivered quickly, completely and securely.. Really I congratulate the staff who do their job properly, meticulous and extremely moral, respectful and hardworking, thank you..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They give a date for delivery . They then change the date by 1 day extra . Then they NEVER deliver on that date. So unreliable . Need to take time from work to be home for the date they say they will deliver . They rarely answer the phone . When they do they give false promise and say they will ring you back and don’t. Will complain to Ikea about this cargo company
