They give it to another address, they make a note that the cargo has been delivered, no seriousness, no relevance, no number to reach. If I buy a product from the Internet from now on, I will immediately cancel it if I see it will be sent with reply.

There is nothing to say. It is not clear whether there is a company or not. Some numbers on the internet are wrong, some are unreachable. They also got into e-commerce. I will never order from anyone who works with this company again.
