★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çetmen Mobilya satın aldığım andan bana teslim edilen ana kadar her aşamasında problem yaşadım. 1-Söz verilen sürede teslimat yapılmadı. 2-Aldığım ürünler parça parça teslim edildi. Ve her teslimatta ya ürün hatalıydı veya gelen ürün yanlıştı. 3-hatalı ürün tekrar düzeltilmeye geldiğinde dahi gelen ürünler eskilerinden farklı geldi. Çok acemi bir ekibi var. Pandemi sürecinde neredeyse tüm Çetmen ekibi ile tanıştım. Evime girmeyen Çetmen personeli kalmadı. Müşteri hizmetleri ekibi de çözüm odaklı değil. Bir şikayetimi iletmek için 3 defa bağlandım. Şikayetimi nereye ileteceğimi bulmadım.
I had problems at every stage from the moment I bought Çetmen Furniture to the moment it was delivered to me. 1-Delivery was not made within the promised time. 2-The products I bought were delivered piece by piece. And on every delivery either the product was faulty or the product received was wrong. 3-Even when the faulty product came to be corrected again, the incoming products were different from the old ones. He has a very novice team. During the pandemic process, I met almost the entire Çetmen team. There are no Çetmen personnel left who do not enter my house. The customer service team is not solution oriented either. I connected 3 times to submit a complaint. I did not find where to forward my complaint.
