I encountered a professional service in every aspect, be it with the staff or care. Both the products and the service were great. The employees provided us with a very good service even in the midst of such a busy schedule.

The atmosphere inside was fine, except for one thing, the staff. It would be a lie if I say that 2 ladies greeted us when we went, because when we entered, both of the ladies were dealing with customers who were there before us, so we couldn't even hear a "welcome", unfortunately, no one asked what we were looking for. Later, when no one was interested in us, we left there and went to 4-5 more shops and when we came back, the view was still the same. Unfortunately, 2 people could not handle a customer's job. When we said which product we were looking for, we got a response from one of the staff saying, "I'm interested in the customer, I'll take care of you later, you check it out. It's in the back." Unfortunately it was not professional at all. We would get better service if you left the shop empty...

I was very pleased with both the products I bought and the interest and smiles of the employees. Although the workplace was busy, the attention of the employees to the customers was really appreciated, which can be understood from the high quality of the workplace, they already provide very successful service without breaking the professionalism. Good work :)

I bought a black color bathroom mixer and fountain set for 1,900 TL in the shower cabin. While I was squeezing it with the master's hand, the inlet apparatus of the fountain was broken, once the water did not fall, there was no impact, etc. They said that only manual intervention during the installation phase, as a result, it is not covered by the warranty and they did not stand behind their goods, I say be careful with your business here.
