★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu şekilde hizmet vermeye devam etmek yerine bu sektörü rahat bırakın herkes rahat etsin hizmet konusunda diptesiniz otobusunuzde muavinlerinizin verdiği zararı bile karşılatamıcak kadar acizsiniz anca mağdur edersiniz mecbur kalmasak asla tercih etmezdik bundan sonra aktarmalı giderim 12 saatlik yolu ama sizin firmanizin araçlarına binmem ya mağdur etmeyi bırakın ya da mağdur ettiğiniz insanların zararlarını karsilayin biraz da olsa insanla ilgilenin biz sadece müşteri değiliz aynı zamanda insanız!
Instead of continuing to serve in this way, leave this sector alone, everyone can be comfortable. Take care of the people you are victimized, take care of people even if they are a little bit. We are not only customers but also human beings!

I don't need to travel unless an ordinary travel company has to. They have to work harder to become a good company. Customer satisfaction is almost nonexistent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20.08.2021 tarihinde Erzurum-Mersin seferini yapan sonu 686 nolu plakalı araçta seyahat bitmesine yarım saat kala falan bluetooth kulaklığımızı düşürdük. Kutu kapalı olduğu için içinden düşmüş olabileceğini düşünemedim ve araçtan Mersin otogarjnda indikten yaklaşık 25 dk sonra durumu farkedip araç şoförüne ulaştık kontrol etmesini rica ettik ama ısrarla araçta kalmadığını söyledi.Bu durum firma adına çok nahoş bir durum ,kulaklığın %100 araç içerisinde olduğuna eminim. Umarım bu yoruma bakar ve gerekeni yaparlar .
On 20.08.2021, we dropped our bluetooth headset, half an hour before the end of the trip, in the vehicle with license plate number 686, which made the Erzurum-Mersin expedition. Since the box was closed, I couldn't think that it might have fallen out of it and about 25 minutes after getting off the vehicle at Mersin bus station, we realized the situation and reached the driver of the vehicle and asked him to check it, but he insisted that he did not stay in the vehicle. This situation is very unpleasant for the company, I am 100% sure that the headset is in the vehicle. I hope they look at this comment and do the needful.
