I went to the Central Wellness Center for severe neck pain and numbness in the arm. Specialist Doctor Koray diagnosed that I had TOS syndrome and neck hernia after the examination. I had a very good treatment process with my physiotherapist Tuğçem. I have no pain and numbness, now we continue with reformer pilates to strengthen my muscles.
