We were not satisfied at all, the staff did not help. They also took the Adblue money from us.

Otoyol geçiş ücretlerine kgm tarifesinin üzerine ilave yaparak hesaplıyorlar. Diğer hiç bir firmada karşılaşmadığım bir konu da Adblue katkısını bana ödermiş olmaları! İnternet sitelerinde herhangibir bilgi yer almamasına rağmen, telefon yoluyla araç uygunluğu sorduğunuzda Temmuz ve Ağustos aylarında asgari kiralama süresinin 5 gün olduğu şeklinde bilgi veriliyor!
Özetle, hoş olmayan sürprizlerle karşılaşmak istemiyorsanız tecih etmemekte fayda var.
Prices are higher than comparable companies. As stated on the website, the vehicle is not delivered with a full tank. They calculate the highway tolls by adding to the kgm tariff. Another issue that I have not encountered in any other company is that they paid me for the Adblue contribution! Although there is no information on their website, when you ask about vehicle availability by phone, you are informed that the minimum rental period is 5 days in July and August!
In summary, if you do not want to encounter unpleasant surprises, it is better not to choose.
