Good quality fair prices

Currently renting a car from this company also known as Nokta Rental Car or NoktAuto. It’s been absolutely horrible since we arrived and they were very late picking us up at the airport, even though they had our flight details. After calling about 5 times we finally met one of the staff members who came with a manual transmission car even though I had specifically paid for an automatic transmission car. Instead of honoring what I paid for they told us it would be much more expensive to get the one we wanted. They refused to compensate me for their deceptive practices. Long story short, this is a scammy company that should be avoided at all costs. Go for one of the popular car rental companies. Note to the company, I’m willing to adjust my review if you refund a substantial amount of what I have paid and fix this.
