Sizde hakkınızı arayın fazlasıyla alın arkadaşlar
SCAMMERS didn't pay my 2 provision and rent for how many days, they deposited it at the door with summer tires in the snow and winter. They deceived the car that I paid for, so that your money will come. Seek your rights too, get more friends

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aracı almaya gittiğim zaman kış ortası olmasına rağmen araçta yaz lastikleri olduğunu öğrendim. Kış lastiği için daha düşük seviye bir araç önerdiler.
2. gün aracın elektronik el freninde arıza çıktı. Aracı servise çektirdiler ve yeni araç talebimi 20 saat kadar yanıtsız bıraktılar. Ancak kira bitiminde dönüş sağlayıp yeni kiralama yapabileceklerini beyan ettiler. Ücret iadesi yapıldı.
İstanbul ve Ankara ofisleri arasında iletişim sorunu var. İstanbul'daki ilgilinin, Ankara ofisini aramam için bana verdiği numara yine İstanbul ofisine yönlendirilmişti.
When I went to buy the vehicle, I learned that the vehicle had summer tires even though it was mid-winter. They suggested a lower tier vehicle for the winter tyre.
On the 2nd day, there was a malfunction in the electronic handbrake of the vehicle. They had the vehicle towed to the service and left my new vehicle request unanswered for 20 hours. However, they declared that they could return at the end of the lease and make a new lease. The fee has been refunded.
There is a communication problem between the Istanbul and Ankara offices. The number given to me by the person in Istanbul to call the Ankara office was forwarded to the Istanbul office again.

Full depo alıp full teslim ettim. Bu firma Ziraat Bankası iştiraki imiş. Bunu da firmaya yansıtmış ve bankacılığın disiplin ve güler yüzünü Central'de görebilirsiniz
This is the first time I rented a car from this company. The 2 Tolgas working in the office are also very respectful and do their job very well. The vehicle supplied (automatic Renault Megane) was clean and in good condition. I bought a full tank and delivered it fully. This company is a subsidiary of Ziraat Bank. You can see the discipline and smiling face of banking in Central.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yorumları görünce biraz tedirgin olmuştum açıkçası fakat pazar günü aracı kiralayıp bugün teslim ettim. Kiraladığım Clio aracın hem fiyatı uygun, hem temiz, hemde aracın sağa çekme haricinde sorunu yoktu. Depo full alınıp full teslim ediliyor. Gayet güzel karşılanıp teslim edip teslim alma esnasında da sorun yaşamadım. Depozito ücreti 4-5 iş günün de iade olacağı söylendi dedikleri gibi olursa bir problem yaşamadım. Teşekkürler.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ American living in Turkey here. I have rented from Cizgi, Budget, Avis, and Green Motion with no problems in the last few months. Only here have they demanded to see a history of my drivers licenses. I got a new license card in January, and they won't accept any picture of my old licenses or history of car insurance to show that I have driven for more than one year. Trying to rent here has been a huge waste of time and messed up plans for a critical weekend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience. They let you reserve the car online but won't let you take the car. They told me that the international license works only if you entered turkey in the last month whereas the rule says you can use that for 6 months and not that they don't agree, they know that's the rule but said our company has its own rules. Also then you apply for a refund on your own, even though they rejected you service so they should be responsible for getting me the refund.
