Bir ürün alındıktan sonra ödeme yapıldığı andan itibaren müşteri müşteri olmaktan çıkmıyor. O hala sizin müşteriniz. Bu da her ne kadar alanlarında tecrübeli kişilerle de çalışsalar bir daha oradan alışveriş yapma istegimi ortadan kaldırmış durumda. Damatlık ve daha bir takım şeyleri oradan alacakken, tamamen planlamada değişikliğe gidiyorum ve mağaza da değişiklik yapıyorum. Unutmayın ki müşteri ödemeden sonra da müşteriniz olacaktır.....vs
