Çenger Beach Resort & Spa

+ rooms were ok (TV and wc) + Free spa + Service was generally not bad - food was very bad and rarely refilled - hookah wasn't free - no entertainment shows at night - selfmade TV ads showed non-existent food - not directly at the beach - far from shopping centers

Probably the best cheap 5 star hotel i've been so far, i recommend it to anyone that is searching for a great and cheap hotel like this one to vacate in. Most things are free such as food, drinks, activities, etc. Food is mostly excellent, especially the "Pool Bar" and the dinning room, even the desserts impressed me.

It is not a resort but it is hotel. I would not give it five stars. They have plenty of rooms and there is not enough capacity at the pool and in the dining room.Only one swimming pool with 200 deck chairs for 400 people. No nice restaurants in the hotel or nearby.

2 stars are more than enough!! How this hotel can be 5 stars without having free wifi, room service, open buffet 24/7! Staff only speak Turkish language!!!!

Heyo everyone, Me and my grandmother, mum and sister booked a two week stay at this hotel. We just got back home yesterday, so I've decided to write a review/give advice to people who might want to travel there. Turkey is great, our trip was too, but I've got some complaints. The hotel staff are for the most part nice and friendly. But sometimes they seemed annoyed and rude if things didn't go to their plan. Secondly, there is music, everywhere, all day long. Whether it was at the beach, at the pool or even the lobby!! It's way too loud! Vacation/Holiday is supposed to be a place to relax. A little music is okay, but the volume of the music was unbareable! There is music even when you eat. It gets annoying after a while. We even asked to switch rooms because of a disco near our hotel that was so god damn loud! Third, The hygiene there is extremely bad. For a hotel that holds a few hundered people I've only seen 2 bathrooms there. One at the back of the lobby and another by the pool. Of course the rooms all have bathrooms, that's obvious but just two bathrooms that aren't in rooms is crazy. Not to mention they smelled disgusting!! It doesn't look like anybody cleans them and it's so dim in there that you can hardly see what you're doing! It's not just the hygiene in the bathroom that is bad, the cleaning ladies don't clean the rooms properly, the floors always have some dirt on them, and I witnessed some human feces in the pool, very disgusting and nobody seemed to care what so ever! Fourth, Going back to the staff, their english is extremely bad. I wouldn't recommed this hotel to anyone who speaks english. The staff speak Turkish (of course) a lot of russian, very little german (Our family is german) and very very very little english. Fifth, they've got a wide variety of foods but they always serve the same for breakfast lunch and dinner. Their main resturant is extremely small and barely barely fits everyone inside. Finally, if you want to go shopping here, you can't. The nearest city is 20 km away and it takes 2 hours to get from Antalya International Airport to Cenger Beach. The hotel its self was amazing. The room was standard and Not what I expected for a family room. The food was based for russian and german people only and when They had served things like chicken iT was very chewey and hard to eat . The burger and snack bar by the pool was absolutley amazing althought the odd time the burgers would tend to be slightly undercooked. The entertainment was good but only on odd occasions. Things like water gymnastics , water polo, beach volleyball, darts and step aerobics were allways fun and a Good laugh. Night entertainment wasnt as Good as what we herd from other hotels nearby. Overall I feel the turkish night was the best. The staff hardly spoke english and were Not very helpfull at all. I loved the hotel by the looks but the things They had for offer wasnt great and what I expected of a five star. Things like food,entertainment and staff co-operation need to be improved. I would Not go Here again as it didnt satisfy my needs

Beautiful quiet place if that's what you want. Long journey from airport. Good average. We as a family were only English at the hotel and no one could speak English. Overall 4 stars

It's shouldn't be a 5* hôtel !! Maximum 4* Food is not perfect :( we were expecting more sea food, animation is too poor and not recommended as a hotel ? Elevator is not working properly ? beverage no comments ... (Bad quality). The beach in front is full of rocks ... The only good point i can mention is the swimming pool + the hookah :) We are staying 7 nights but it's becoming annoying, same thing everyday, they don't speak English well also. The time for the lunch is 1:30 and it's not enough. The animator doesn't speak English well and must be changed ... Advice: add more money and go for a better hôtel or maybe go for a 4-3 stars much better. Anyway, it was under my expectations Good luck :)
