Düğün olur bahçede havai fişek atılır, gürültüden pencereni açamazsın, site içinde park halinde aracınız defalarca çizilir, asansörler yeşil etiket sıkıntısından uğraştırır vb bi ton sorun olan bir yerdi çok şükür kurtulduk. Yakınında bulunan iki kaliteli siteye bakıp da aldanmayın burdaki evlere yüksek fiyat belirleyenlere kanıp paranıza yazık etmeyin..!

Bizim sitemize yorum yazan Selçuk Kara ve Murat Bayram bey efendi gibi kiracılar da evi kiralarken temiz ister çikarken de aldığı gibi vermeyip çıkmadan önce oturdugu yeri kötülemeye başlarlar. Madem o kadar kötü idi neden onca zaman tahammül edip oturdunuz?
Bence siz ikiniz yazamayınca ilkokul çocukları gibi biribirinizden kopya çektiniz. Yazdiklarınız neredyse aynı. O yüzden ikinize de çelişkili ve tutarsız davranmaktan sıfır veriyorum .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Konum olarak güzel yürüme mesafesinde 12 adet özel ve devlet okulu var. Ayrıca yeni yapımina devam eden şehir hastanesine 200-300 metre mesafede. Dış cephe yalıtımı zayıf. Yenilenmesi lazım. Yüzme havuzu yok. Şahsen olmaması daha kabul. Şahsi fikrim olarak komşuyu bikinili görmek istemem.
