We waited in the lobby for an hour because our room was not cleaned even though we checked in at 2 pm. When I entered the room, the sheets and duvet cover were damp and wet. There are no glasses, towels, bathrobes in the rooms. We asked for a towel, they said it was in the machine, then they said they would bring it, but they didn't. When the sisters cleaning in the corridor came across, we asked again, then they gave it. The room is spacious, the beds are nice, the toilet and the bathroom are a bit old. The rooms are very hot, there is no such thing as cold. Thank you to the staff who helped carry the bags to the room. We asked for Kettl, thanks to them, they brought it. The tub in my mother's room was leaking water. Even though we said it, when we said it again on the second day, they came and gave a check as a solution. The sauna opens at 12 and closes at 5. Sauna and thermal pool are separate for men and women, but they can be entered and exited from the same place. There is also a mixed pool. There are no masseurs other than Indonesian women in the spa. Women massage both men and women, so I don't find it appropriate at all, it should have been an option. It may not be suitable for conservative people. Pool areas are a bit narrow and small. It was not a pleasant environment. The food is ok, there is a three course dinner. There are appetizers, salad and two kinds of soup. Employees distribute the food. Salad, tea and soup are taken individually. There was a lack of variety in breakfast.
