As an Ankara resident in Istanbul, I bought the air conditioner from Çelikbaşlar. I contacted Ayşe Hanım in the company and despite all the densities, the transportation and installation of the air conditioner from Ankara to Istanbul was completed within 3 days. At the end of June, I bought 7 different products from Ankara Arçelik Çelikbaşlar - from the refrigerator to the tea machine. There is a stove among the products I bought. A product that appears on the January website but is not in stock. I bought it because the seller Sedat insisted that he could find it. Only 4 of my products were delivered at the end of August. As the others were called and not informed, Sedat did not get on the phone and made himself disappear, although I called my wife many times. Yet they did not even bother to find an explanation or a solution. They found a fictitious excuse as if there was a problem in logistics. They made no effort with the fate of the products. As a result of my husband calling repeatedly and applying to the Arçelik complaint line, they only send two missing products. The January issue is still not resolved. A company I trust, saying that our local brand Arçelik wins, made me extremely disappointed. I will definitely not buy Arçelik products from now on and I would never recommend Çelikbaşlar store. On the contrary, do not go and do not trust that false friendliness.

After I was told that the installation of the dryer I bought on 16.10.2020 to the machine at home might cause problems, I returned the product without opening the package. However, although 3 months have passed, I still haven't received a refund for the product. Customer relations are a problematic store.
