I would like to thank my friends Nergiz and Baran, who are Vodafone dealers and work there, for their efforts to deal with and solve my problem. Vodafone'dan hattımı turkcell'e taşımıştım içimde kalan TL'yi hesap numarama aktarmalarını söyledim biz bu işlemi yapamıyoruz dedi halbuki müşteri hizmetleri her bayiden yapabilirsin dedi. Daha sonra başka bayiye gittim ve işlemi yaptırdım tavsiye etmem gitmeyin eğer işleminiz ücretsizse yüzümüze bakmıyorlar. Paralı bütün işlerinizi yapıp parasız işler olunca yüzünüze bakmazlar.
I went there tonight. Vodafone'dan moved my line to turkcell I told them to transfer the remaining TL to my account number said we can not do this process, though you can do customer service from every dealer said. Then I went to another dealer and do not go to the process I do not go if you are not looking at our faces if your transaction is free. They don't look at your face when you do all your money and work free.
