The most unprofessional, disgraceful and incompetent real estate company I have ever come across. They are compulsive liars, they lie about prices ( add on £10,000) at least on what they advertise at, they lie and say properties are sold when they aren’t to get you to spend more, they lie about every single detail. Ive since heard that they also sell the same property to multiple people. I booked the “free inspection trip” & visited the property I had seen on right move. I informed them that I needed a couple of days to think about the property & I was going to stay in the area to see what it was like, I had a lot to think about. The property was suddenly £10,000 more than advertised on right move, they advertised that furniture and white goods included, but of course they lied that was another £6,000 on top, as well as a number of sudden other costs they had added. The owner Celia, who is the most unprofessional, vile woman I’ve ever come across, suddenly told me ( once I said I needed to think) that I had to pay the hotel €200 immediately when I had been informed from the beginning there was no cost for the inspection trip. She came to the hotel, demanding i have to pay. When I had in black and white that there was no cost for the inspection trip, by two separate workers at Celia homes, and stated on right move. She is clearly desperate for every single sale that the second I said I wanted a little time to think about buying a property that was in the middle of no where on the top of a hill ( they lied and said it was near shops and beach) she didn’t like it. She refused to pay the hotel bill and was shouting abuse at the hotels manager and receptionist, and then resulted to calling me names, “Fat, ugly and poor.” I’m a healthy size 10, as for ugly I have modelled for many years and never been called ugly in my life, I know that’s far from true, and as for poor, it’s something I have never been. I probably earn what she does in a month in a day. She also said “I put up pictures to get Turkish men to love me.” I mean how unprofessional is that. That means she was looking up my social media and looking at my pictures. I find that very odd that a supposed professional would search and stalk someone’s social media. It’s just all bizarre to me and I’ve never known anything like it. Even a hotel guest sitting in reception came up to me after Celia had finished shouting and screaming and embarrassing herself and had left, and said “ that woman is obviously just jealous because you have natural beauty, which even all her Botox and filler and surgery couldn’t give her, and she wants to be young like you, not old like she looks.” So I think for even a stranger to say this, it confirms what kind of a woman this Celia is. How unprofessional that if a sale doesn’t go her way, she gets bitter and nasty. She is clearly desperate for some money and some sales to go like a crazy lady over having to pay €200 that they had confirmed they would cover several times and because I said I need sometime to think. She obviously isn’t as well off as she likes to pretend as she couldn’t even pay the €200 bill her company had said they would cover. She then was threatening me telling me to come outside, she will wait for me. I have never in my life came across such an unprofessional and vile woman. What woman calls a potential client names just because they said they need to think about it. That screams desperation to me, it’s just highly embarrassing. A very jealous nasty bitter woman. I have read many reviews about them being fraudsters, and believe me they are. They even have to fake their only positive reviews. Take the review done by ‘ Pernilla’ as example. You only have to google to find that she works as a sales consultant for Celia Homes. What company has to fake their only positive reviews? Says it all. There are many better real estate companies that offer you better properties, for a lower price and include furniture and white goods, and that are honest and don’t lie about every single thing. Stay very clear of “Celia homes.”

I've just completed my second real estate purchase with this company. Celia is a very competent broker and a wonderful person. If you're interested in Turkey this is the real estate agency you should contact!

Everything with this company is excellent, they can speak swedish and english language, I bought my apartment in Kestel from Celia and she keeps her promises what she says. I bought my apartment with 3 months installment and after the payment is finished, they have given me my Tapu over my name. Jilla Jan
