★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antep fıstıklı baklava ve midye baklava kuru baklava şöbiyet diye başlayacağım ve bütün türleri sayacagım ama gerek yok hepsi çok güzel...Şerbetli tatlı sevmeyen biriydim Gaziantep'te çalışıp bu tatlılarla tanışınca vazgeçilmezim oldu. "İmam Çağdaş'ın adı Çelebioğlu'nun tadı" diyerek kıyaslama da yapabilirim. İmam çağdaşı da kötülemiyorum ama 1.tercih burası.Olumsuzluk hiç mi olmadı bazen aynı lezzeti yakalayamadığım oldu.Ama insanoğlu işi ;farklılık olması normal.Ayda 2 kez burdan alışveriş yapıyorum ama fiyat sanki bütçe zorluyor gibi..Antep'in genelindeki tatlıcılarda özellikle turistlere fiyatların pahalı olmasının açıklaması yapılırken antepfıstığı bahane ediliyor ama inanmıyorum.Baklava için kullanılan fıstık ile çerezlik fıstık fiyatları aynı değil ki çok çok farklı.İlçelerden köylerden fıstık toplanıyor.Bu fiyatları düşününce köylerden toplanan tereyağ fiyatını düşününce baklavanın fiyatı çok çok pahalı."Bir dilim mutluluk" mu desem kilosu 130 ile 160 arası !!! Mutluluk mu desem ☺️
I will start with pistachio baklava and mussel baklava as dry baklava, and I will count all the types, but there is no need, they are all very nice ... I was an indispensable person when I worked in Gaziantep and met these sweets. I can also make a comparison by saying "The name of Imam Çağdaş is the taste of Çelebioğlu". I'm not an immature of imam, but the first choice is here. Is there any dissatisfaction sometimes I couldn't catch the same flavor? But human work is the difference; it's normal. I shop twice a month here, but the price seems to be pushing the budget. Pistachio is used as an excuse while making explanation of its expensive but I do not believe it. If I say weight is between 130 and 160 !!! ☺If I say happiness ☺️
