He doesn't compromise his flesh as usual. The oils between the ground beef add a distinct flavor. I would like to express my gratitude to the chief Umstad Mustafa and the head waiter Mujahid Bey. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost a perfect example of a simple concept and menu in a traditional place making some of the best food you would ever try. We had both their famous fatty meat small peace on turkish bread and thd famous Meter long turkish pizza. Both were superb and costed only 59 tL along with ayran, coke and tea!!!! If you are extremely hungry you migh want to order two meat dishes with the pizza for two persons.

We were recommended Etliekmek which is the signature dish of this place. It was delicious and definitely worth trying. Special thanks to Ali who works in this cafe.
