Çayyolu Cleanliness

When I gave the carpets for 7 carpets to be washed, I was told that they would be delivered between 7-10 days. When I called on the 12th day, they said that a carpet was stained and that they would bring it 3 days later. I have never seen such nonsense if the carpet has not been looked at before or has it been noticed days later. Moreover, when we asked why you didn't inform us, there were smug and disrespectful conversations. When we said let it stay and get the stain, they talked rudely as if you could get it. Later, a different person called and apologized, but we always deal with the other rude person. Then, not 1 but 2 carpets were delivered with stains. I had also received service for house cleaning before, two different people came, one of them cleaned well and the other did not clean well at all. When I experienced this incident on the carpet, I decided to never work here again. They may deliver the carpet late, but I will not deal with their disrespectful and rude words in their speaking style again.
