★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çaypınar parkı, Amarat Belediyesi’ne yol yapılırken piknik alanı olarak yapılması fikrini Rahmetli Hacı Ali Çetin vermiştir.Derneğin kurulması ile birlikte dere islah edilmiştir ve şimdiki mesire alanı yapılmıştır.Sonraki dönemlerde parkın içine depo ve dernek binası, park dışına da wc eklenmiştir.Yine dernek binasının önünde sahne yer almaktadır.Islah edilen derenin iki yanında buz gibi akan suyu olsa da günümüzde bu sular dağılmış olup çeşmenin oluklarından akmamaktadır.Dernek faal durumda iken bu suların toplanıp çeşmeden akması için Hacı Karaca çok emek sarfetmiştir.Her yıl yaz aylarında pilav şenliği yapılmaktadır.Hayır severlerin bağışına göre yemek yapılır.Şenlik zamanı dışında genelde sakindir.Piknik yapmak için uygun olup, mangal yakma alanları mevcut değildir.
