★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The castle remnants of Diyarbakir is located just by the Hazret Suleyman's mosque. It is one of the beauties of Diyarbakir and the chains of walls made of such a wonderful stone architecture is really magnificent. Watching the city from the top of the walls especially in the evenings is really great and beautiful.
