A disinterested, unreliable service that I regret. I sent it to replace the keyboard of my Casper notebook. They said we have parts. I called every day and they did the 2 hour job in 10 days. They said we have given it to the cargo, they could not give the cargo tracking number because they did not give it to the cargo. Then why are you bothering to say we gave it? I put the device in its original box and wrapped it in stretch nylon, I sent it, I said put it back in the original box, they said we put it and sent it, but again it's a lie!! They put it in a fake box. I called and asked and they hung up on me. I complained to Casper, they called, the box was supposedly torn in the cargo. Always lie. So think 10 times before sending your device here, don't be in my situation. Your device can come in all kinds. It could have been broken with the box they sent. It has nothing to do with professionalism. A service that cares more about money than satisfaction. I'm thankful that my computer has arrived. Now I'm sure that all the negatives written here are correct. Be careful! Be careful!

I was going to have my device repaired outside by a reliable company, so I'm glad I didn't go and trash the device. It was better than before.

They said that the video card was faulty. They asked for 1.000 TL money. The bios was faulty. Sharing information on this issue was successful. A service fee of 100 TL was received.
