★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İki kere ziyaret ettim, Excalibur laptopumun genel temizliğini ve termal macun değişimini yaptırdım. Ellerine sağlık işlerinde çok iyiler. Ancak son gidişimde Excalibur'un Ömür Boyu Performans Garantisi'ni bilmiyor olsalar gerek, benden 50 TL hizmet ücreti rica ettiler. Ben de "geçen sefer almamıştınız, Casper servislerinde bakım her daim ücretsiz demiştiniz?" dediğimde önce "o kısa süreli bir kampanyaydı, şimdi bitti" diye savundular. Israr ettiğimde asık bir suratla yeniden belge düzenlediler ve oradan para vermeden ayrılmayı başardım. Buna gerek var mıydı cidden? Zaten Casper müşterileri bir elin parmaklarını geçmiyor. Servislerin bilgi sahibi olması lazım, müşteriyi küstürmemesi lazım.
I visited twice, had my Excalibur laptop's general cleaning and thermal paste replaced. They are very good at health care. However, on my last visit, they asked me for a service fee of 50 TL, as they must not have known about Excalibur's Lifetime Performance Guarantee. And I said "you didn't get it last time, you said maintenance is always free at Casper services?" When I said that, they first argued that "it was a short-term campaign, now it's over". When I insisted, they re-issued the document with a sullen face and I managed to leave without paying. Was that really necessary? Already Casper customers do not exceed the fingers of one hand. The services should have knowledge, should not offend the customer.
