Doğu Karadeniz Kültür Envanterine kayıtlıdır. Çarşamba ilçe merkezinde bulunan yapı, kagir yapım sistemi ile inşa edilmiştir.Yazılı Kaynaklara göre 1826 yılında yapılmıştır ve Kuyumcular Çarşısı olarak hizmet vermiştir.

It is registered in the Eastern Black Sea Culture Inventory. The building located in Çarşamba district center was built with masonry construction system. According to the written sources it was built in 1826 and served as Jewelers Bazaar.

Birazcık restorasyona ihtiyaç duyduğu doğrudur. Ancak bize verdiği tarihi görüntü pek mühimdir. Restorasyon yapılıp bittiği takdirde ilginin de artacağı düsünçesindeyim. Tarihimize sahip çıkmak gerekmektedir. Onlar bize ecdad emanetidir.
This covered bazaar in our district is one of the must-see historical settlements built to meet the needs of the period. It is true that it needs some restoration. However, the historical image it gives us is very important. I think that the interest will increase if the restoration is done and completed. It is necessary to protect our history. They are entrusted to us by our ancestors.
