When making a reservation with the hotel, they took pictures of the room, the floors were still visible. When we went to the hotel, the floors in the room were parquet. The refrigerator in the room did not cool, there was only 3 water in it. How much would it cost to put 2 3 drinks? We couldn't get the TV to work anyway. Come on, I passed them, the bathroom cleaning was not very good, the mirrors, the shower and the windows were dirty. Anyway, we settled in the room, went down to the pool, because the kid was hungry, we said let's get chicken and potatoes from the cafe. The orders came in 45 minutes, the chicken, potatoes and rice were cold. If we move on to the pools, there are 3 pools, the children's pool manages, there is a big pool, the height is 190 cm, so the non-swimmers cannot swim, usually empty. The depth of the pool with the slides is around 150 160 cm. From the slide to the beech, their feet touch the ground. Since everyone is in this pool, the water gets dirty quickly. There are 6 slides, 2 of which do not work. On the good sides, the food and breakfast were rich, but there is no acid-free drink in the evening meals, cola fanta soda, what would happen if there was a bidet, fruit juice and buttermilk for children? Staff is good in general.

The hotel is nice, the staff is caring and friendly, the aqupark is fun, the pools are clean, the breakfast is good, plenty of variety. As for the negative aspects, the dishes are varied but unsalted and very bland Either the cook is a problem or the ingredients. The common WC at the entrance of the building, the toilet faucet in the room is broken, etc. They take care of the troubles when we tell them, but important things that need to be taken care of before we see it.

We came back in August 2021, being very satisfied with this hotel, which I came to as 4 mothers and 6 children before the pandemic. The location of the hotel and the calmness of the night are ideal for families with children. There is an existing children's pool, an olympic pool and an aqua park. All of them are maintained and cleaned regularly. It is believed that the kitchen staff prepares the morning and evening meals with real care. But the main applause for me is the reception and service staff. The reception takes your every question, request and suggestion into consideration and resolves them as soon as possible. The service staff are incredibly devoted and sincere. They care very much about serving you, which is perhaps the most important for me. I think there is a difference between doing your job and doing it with love. Every staff member here from A to Z is doing it fondly and everyone who comes can see it. My advice to those who want to come now, do not think for a minute.

The building, the pool and the location are magnificent. I just cooled off in the pool for 3 times, I recommend everything about eating and drinking.
