★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Girişteki çalışanların çok güleryüzlü olmasının aksine içeride bizimle ilgilenmesi gereken sanırım ismi Ayça olan hanımefendi asla güleryüzlü değildi.Bi an önce gitmemizi ister gibi davrandı ,3 kişi gittik birimiz ayakta kaldı , o kadar yardımcı olmak istemedi ki konuşmaya başlamadan önce bize oturtabileceğimiz sandalye bile ayarlamadan gönderdi.Belki zor bir gün yaşadı ya da mutsuz olmak için farklı sebepleri vardı ama bu tavrı hiç profesyonel bulmadım ne olursa olsun gelen müşteriyle elinden geldiğince ilgilenilmeli ve güleryüzlü olunmalı bence.
Contrary to the fact that the employees at the entrance were very friendly, the lady named Ayça, who was supposed to take care of us inside, was never smiling. She acted as if she wanted us to leave as soon as possible, 3 of us went and one of us was standing, she didn't want to help us so much that she sent us without even arranging a chair for us before we started talking. Maybe he had a difficult day or he had different reasons to be unhappy, but I did not find this attitude professional at all, no matter what, I think that the customer should be taken care of and smiling as much as possible.
