★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Astra j mazot filtresini değiştirdim takan usta çok ilgiliydi aracın başka sorunları vardı onlara da baktı. Fakat fiyatları yüksek geldi bana ( filtre arti işçilik 160 lira aldilar)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Araba sarsıntılı çalıştığı için ve kendiliğinden vitesi boşa aldığı için götürdüm.Sorunun kaynağının basit olduğunu onun yanı sıra bazı parçaların değişmesi gerektiğini söylediler ve oldukça fazla para aldılar.Araba tamirden çıktıktan sonra çalışmasında çok değişiklik yoktu.Arabayı tekrar götürdük bir parça değişimi daha yaptılar yine para aldılar.Aradan bir hafta geçmeden araba aynı sorundan yolda kaldı.Sorunu düzeltemediklerini bir de çok para istediklerini görünce arabayı başka ustaya götürdük ve daha önce verdiğimiz paranın 1/6 i kadar ücret ödedik arabayı gayet iyi şekilde geri aldık.
Ustalık çözüm üretmeyi gerektirir.Çözüm bulunmuyorsa yönlendirme olur.Gerçek ustalık hizmet odaklı, çözüm odaklı olur ama kesinlikle para odaklı olmaz.
I took it because the car was running jerky and it spontaneously took the gear into neutral. They said that the source of the problem was simple and some parts needed to be changed and they received a lot of money. Before a week passed, the car was on the road with the same problem. When we saw that they could not fix the problem and they wanted a lot of money, we took the car to another master and we paid 1/6 of the money we gave before and got the car back very well.
Mastery requires producing solutions. If there is no solution, there will be orientation. Real mastery will be service-oriented, solution-oriented, but definitely not money-oriented.

Aracı yapan usta, ustaligimi beğenmiyorsan başka yere götür dedi. Aynı yerde çalışan başka usta sorunun değişen parçada değil başka bir nedenden dolayı olduğunu söyledi. Ve harcadigim para boşa gitti.

Even if you only go for the antifreeze refill, they take out extra stuff, while another hose broke, they paid for it with high workmanship, then I got in my car, there was an engine sound that I didn't like and it was out of power. They didn't attach the hose. I came to the concubines again, the master says we didn't wear it well. If I had bothered to go somewhere else, who knows what a fault they would have said, probably new expenses would have been incurred. I don't believe in their good intentions. I wouldn't recommend going again either.
