Highly recommended! A lifetime must-go resort. As a tourist, you would be a bit worried about the place you plan to travel, because you have no idea how it works under the pandemic. And Caresse Resort will completely guarantee you a superb vacation. We’d done a lot of research of Bodrum before we fly there. The hotel was really amazing, the staffs were extraordinary and friendly. Even the cleaner and the doorman gave you the smile and respect all the time. Especially, Mr. Mauro Curutchet who leads the managing team in this resort. He’s very modest, wise and professional. He’s willing to provide any assistance and make sure we have a wonderful experience. Within 5 days of staying in the residence of Caresse resort, there’s no negative experience , everything is perfect and beyond your expectation .

First of all, the breakfast area is completely insufficient for a small hotel with 60 plus rooms. We could never get any omelettes as we want. The omelette chef was totally strange as we ordered omelette with salami, he was not putting any salami (sucuk) and the next day we ordered omlette with mushrooms, no mushrooms were inside the omlette at all. We ordered Turkish tea, it was always coming without spoon. We couldn’t have the chance to get fresh grapefruit juice as it seems that only some privileged customers could reach the juice. The room cleaning process was even a disaster. They only made the beds, the room was not cleaned at all except the beds. The minibar personnel was not replacing the coffee cups and glasses. Since the housekeeping was taking the used ones in the morning, the staff who was supposed to be responsible from minibar have simply no idea that they need to put the new cups and glass to drink. (We are grateful that at least they didn’t forget to bring bottles of water). Room service after 23:00 was not answering the phones. The beach side is also quite strange as well. We were asked every single day from the staff about our room number. When we asked the reason, they said that we were not eating and drinking at the beach. We continuously explained them that we do not prefer to eat at beach as it’s complicated, but we do have our lunch at Buddha Bar. But we were almost interrogated every day by hotel personnel why we didn’t eat anything at the beach as we kept 2 spots without eating anything. The hotel has an amazing sea, but it’s so obvious that more than 50% of the hotel personnel has max 1-2 months experience at the hotel. Unfortunately, the training of the staff was not very well done, that’s for sure. Even though their general intentions were good, I as a Titanium Elite member will never come back to this hotel. There are some other negative things that we did experience but I only have put the major issues.

Hotel is located quite close to Bodrum city center. Rooms are large enough, service quality is really at top! We spent beautiful 2 nights at this property and for sure we will be back in near future!

Overall a great and beautiful property also very centrally located. Staff is very helpful and friendly, loved the music at Buddha Bar, made us stay up until 12:30am every night and enjoy every track. Amazing pool, ocean water is great but the beach area is a bit small. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect! Rooms were spacious , pool was the perfect size , &the crystal clear water at the beach is amazing. I really liked the fact that the Buddha bar beach wasnt that loud which is perfect for relaxing. Service at the Buddha bar was amazing, every order was super quick. & Ramazan is the perfect man in the perfect place, he would always greet us with a big smile and was always at our service. Not to mention Irem, the guest relation manager .. not a day passed by without asking us if everything was okay or not. All in all will definately come back .

It’s wonderful place for friends or even with my girls to enjoy a little vacation. The room I stayed was spacious and beautiful ocean view to watch. I didn’t bother turning on the tv and if I had, I’d get all the information I need about the hotel. But I didn’t...I’d appreciate if there’s an instruction available, such as an old times. But overall, I’m very satisfied. Thank you and hope to come back again!

This hotel is amazing. The best place to spend your summer vacation on the beach in Bodrum. Clean, friendly, quiet & relaxing. Very good food and service at "Budah Bar" & "Barbarossa" restaurants in the resort. Remember to ask the concierge for very cool restaurant addresses around. We went to "Nusr-Et" a spectacular meat feast & "Melengec" the trendy hip place fish restaurant with great view of the sea, both 40 minutes by car from Caresse Hotel.

As always had a lovely time at Caresse, amazing room, service and views! The breakfast is one to remember too... Can't wait to join you again!
