★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 yıl önce Karabağlar Carden Mobilyadan aldığım yatak odası takımına ait dolabın kapaklarından birini oğlum ve arkadaşları oynarken kırmışlardı. Geçen hafta firmayı arayıp durumu belirttim, servis talep ettim. 2 gün önce gelip tespit yaptılar. Dün akşamüstü de gelip dolap kapağımı eski haline getirdiler. Servis ücreti borcum nedir diye sorduğumda harhangi bir borcum olmadığını söyleyip her zaman arayabileceğimi söylediler. Garanti süresi bitmesine rağmen verdikleri bu hizmet ve müşteri memnuniyeti odaklı yaklaşımları için teşekkürler Carden Mobilya.
 Three years ago, one of the covers of the cupboard belonging to the bedroom suite I bought from Karabakh, Carden Furniture, was broken while my son and his friends were playing. Last week, I called the company and stated the situation, I requested service. They came and detected it 2 days ago. They came yesterday afternoon and restored my cupboard door. When I asked what I owe the service fee, they said that I did not owe any debt and that I could call anytime. Thanks to Carden Furniture for their service and customer satisfaction oriented approach despite the end of the warranty period.

Profesyonel yaklasimlari sayesinde hem icimize sinen hem de butcemize uygun bir takim secmemizi sagladilar. Koltuk takimimiz hafta basi geldi. Urunlerin kalitesi, renklerin uyumu sahaneydi. Iyiki bu guzel insanlarla karsilasmisiz. Dekorasyon konusunda bize harika fikirler verdiler. Emegi gecen herkese cok tesekkur ederiz.
