Öğrencilerin okulda daha etkili ve mutlu olmaları ise öğretmenler ve eğitim yöneticilerine bağlı. Okulların teknolojik donanımlarla geliştirilmesi, ihtiyaçları karşılar hale gelmesi ve öğrencilerin ilgisini çekmeye başlaması oldukça önemlidir.
Ders işleme biçimlerinin de buna uygun olarak değiştirilmesi ve geliştirilmesi gerekmektedir. Böylece öğrenciler derslere daha istekli bir biçimde gelecektir.
