Benim açımdan artı yönleri, büyük odalar (en az 2 - 4 m2 büyük, diğer projelerle kıyaslayabilirsiniz), altında dükkan, bakkal, mağaza vb yok, giren çıkan belli, çok geniş, aydınlık ve ferah koridorlar, yüksek kaliteli inşaat (m2 başına en uygun 4+1 daire), kapalı - açık garaj vb imkanlar.
