★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Fahrzeug hatte 190.000 km, war ungepflegt mit ungezählten Dellen und Kratzern und stank im Innenraum. Zu sehen war es leider erst bei Mietbeginn 2 Tage nach der Reservierung.
Durch die unübliche Regelung leerer Tank bei Übernahme und Rückgabe profitiert immer der Vermieter. Eine Frechheit war es außerdem, dass bei vereinbarter Rückgabe um 10 Uhr erst nach einem Telefonat und mehr als einer Stunde der Inhaber auftauchte. Wenigstens hielt das Fahrzeug die gefahrenen 250 km ohne Panne durch.
Nicht zu empfehlen!

Ich habe mich auch nicht beim Unternehmen geirrt, wie vom Inhaber behauptet wird! Die Bewertung entspricht einfach nur meiner Erfahrung.

The lessor always benefits from the unusual rule that empty tanks are taken over and returned. It was also a cheek that if the return was agreed at 10 a.m., the owner only showed up after a phone call and more than an hour. At least the vehicle made it through the 250 km without a breakdown.
Not recommendable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ В июле 2017 брал автомобиль в этом агентстве. Все отлично! Мне предложили новый дизельный фиат на автомате. Отличный автомобиль. Накатал на нем примерно 150 км за день. Английский язык знаю очень плохо, но это не помешало нам с менеджером все друг другу объяснить. Ребята отлично идут на контакт. Дали автомобиль по нашим российским правам (не международные). Страховка без франшизы, но попросили информацию моей карты, на случай дтп, либо квитанций платных парковок, нарушения скоростного режима и тп. Честно боялся давать, но все прошло отлично. Деньги на месте) Все прошло замечательно. Всем кто хочет взять авто в аренду на улице - рекомендую!

I know English very poorly, but that did not stop me and the manager from explaining everything to each other. The guys are great at contact. They gave the car according to our Russian rights (not international). Insurance without a deductible, but they asked for my card information, in case of an accident, or receipts of paid parking lots, speed violations, etc. I honestly was afraid to give, but everything went fine. Money is in place) Everything went fine. To everyone who wants to rent a car on the street - I recommend!

Eren Rent A Car does not have a desk at the Antalya Airport.
To say that staff Jaffer is very unprofessional is an understatement. He arrived at least 30 minutes late than the agreed meeting time. Transactions were done in the airport parking lot instead of going to the office. He is a very aggressive individual who cheats his customer.
Prior to handing my credit card to Jaffer, I informed him that I wanted to pay in euros, as indicated in the agreed rental form. He said, "Yes." And before he inserted my card to the payment machine, I gently reminded him again about paying in euros. He agreed again.
I noticed he tried to enter different numbers; and the denomination was in Turkish lira. He would not let me see what he was typing in the payment machine; and would not let me know how much he was charging. When I asked him about his non-transparency, he got aggressive. And when I realized he would not give me any explanation, I removed my credit card from the machine right away. He got even more aggressive.
I will NEVER EVER book a rental car with Eren Rent A Car again!
