great car rental experience! We were met at the airport and returned the car in excellent condition. we paid for the insurance and drove safely for 2 weeks. the car was accepted without question. I highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Привет! Самый положительный опыт аренды автомобиля! Нас встретили (по прилету) в аэропорту Даламан. Получили автомобиль в аэропорту Даламан - вернули в аэропорту Анталии. Дешевле чем у "брендовых" прокатов. Постоянный контакт и помощь по любому вопросу: сотрудники говорят на русском, турецком, английском языках - это очень удобно! Помощь по любой проблеме. Проколол шурупом колесо - позвонил по телефону в прокат о проблеме. Тут же предоставили координаты сервиса в этом городе, сами договорились с сервисом о ремонте. Деньги за ремонт платил сам - по окончанию аренды все затраты были восполнены прокатной компанией. Очень удобно и не было потери времени отпуска. Понравились автомобили - чистые и ухоженные. Был и бонус от проката - мобильный модем в автомобиль с 9 ГБ интернета! Самые высокие рекомендации. Поделился контактами проката со своими друзьями. Обязательно воспользуюсь их услугами в следующей поездке.
Hey! Most Positive Car Rental Experience! We were met (upon arrival) at the Dalaman airport. We got the car at Dalaman airport - returned it at Antalya airport. Cheaper than "branded" rentals. Constant contact and assistance on any issue: employees speak Russian, Turkish, English - it's very convenient! Help for any problem. I punctured the wheel with a screw - I called the rental company about the problem. They immediately provided the coordinates of the service in this city, they themselves agreed with the repair service. He paid the money for the repair himself - at the end of the lease, all costs were reimbursed by the rental company. Very comfortable and there was no waste of vacation time. I liked the cars - clean and well maintained. There was also a bonus from the rental - a mobile modem in a car with 9 GB of Internet! Highest recommendation. I shared the rental contacts with my friends. I will definitely use their services on my next trip.

Do not rent from this company because this person is a thief, and a liar. He told us he would give us the money back and never did. He charged us 300 dollars for damage that wasn’t our fault He refuses to give us the money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service from start to finish! I live in the UK and this was our first holiday in Turkey. I booked the car online and received a professional confirmation email within 12 hours. They collected us from the airport at 10pm at night. The owner of the rental company was very friendly, spoke superb english and went out of his way to explain the route to our destination, even prining out a map! Our basic car performed admirably throughout the holiday and upon our return, the owner dropped us off at the airport. I can't recommend this company (and its staff/owner) highly enough.

Whenever I tell my friends about excellent Turkish customer service, this is the company I tell them about.
Nothing is ever too much trouble - for example, whatever time our flights arrive, they will always be at the airport waiting for us, and they always respond to communications very promptly.
Their owner helped us enormously when my father in law died in Turkey when on holiday too, and we had to deal with solicitors etc in Turkey.
Their vehicles are always well maintained and I can't recommend them highly enough for their excellent service.
