Cappadocia Specialty Hospital

The staff here were great. All of the doctors were really professional and quickly got me checked out to confirm that I didn’t have appendicitis. Mohammed, my English translator, was so so helpful. I would’ve been so lost without him, he was extremely kind and patient with me and helped me explain everything to the doctors. I’m very glad I came here.

I once had an accident in Capadoccia during my last day of travel and the staff were attending to me very well especially the nurses. I would like to give a big thanks to Mohammed; the hospital translator, in being there with me all the time since I traveled alone. He helped me with all the paperworks and the aftermath of the hospitalizations for my insurance claim. May he will be always blessed with good health and abundance and hoping he will be able to help more people.

My Wife Lisa broke her right leg during our holiday in Cappadocia and luckily was brought here for treatment. Without delay the doctor in-charge Dr Cemil Usta performed the fracture bone surgery in order not to further endanger the leg. With proper care and attention by Dr Usta and all the supporting staffs, Lisa was able to discharge from hospital after 3 days and return back to Singapore for further treatment. We sincerely like to thank everyone in the hospital for their close attention; especially Mr Mohammed, the translator, who stayed with Lisa during her surgery to console and even joke with her. Without Mr Mohammed, both of us will be totally loss as almost all the staffs there do not speak or understand English. Thank you again Mr Mohammed.

We had to see the doctor because my wife got bitten by a horse. We were immediately received and welcomed by a very competent and nice translator named Mohammed. He explained all the instructions for us and made our communication with the hospital staff much easier. We are so thankful for him. What an amazing and kind man!

I had a fall during the trip and Mohhamed, the hospital translator, helped me a lot. he is extremely solicitous and very competent. I am very grateful for his support and cordiality. I was also treated well and very quickly. Mohhamed stayed by my side the whole time.

After arriving at the hospital alone at 5 am I didn’t know what expect and was so relieved to be met by Muhammad who has been an Angel in making sure I could communicate the problem properly to doctors encouraging and advising me on how to deal with my insurance and just a general warmth and patience that is so needed when poorly. Once I was well enough to eat ; good food was brought regularly and plenty of checks while I have recovered. My daughter had to spend two nights here due to her deteriorating health. The hospital itself was very good, clean and the staff were very attentive and professional. There are two translators who are very polite and a pleasure to deal with. Namely Mohammad and the other one who’s name I’ve forgotten unfortunately. My daughter received excellent treatment for which I’m very grateful and is making a steady recovery. During our stay we had an en-suite room with sofa beds in the living area and main room which if compared to a hotel would be around 4*. Before leaving the main doctor Osman gave me his private mobile number and told me to contact him if I needed anything. Don’t expect to pay local rates but such are the customs here so I can’t complain too much.

Rushed to hospital with severe vomiting on 26 Feb. Doctors and staff were excellent and thorough. But the best was Muhammad the translator. He was absolutely wonderful! He had a very calming manner and looked after me the entire time with great care and attention.
