★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful about bookings, they might deny it later on. If price goes up or they have longer term opportunity. Mrs.Cansu is very rude they dont even allow you to talk and gets aggressive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Views are just amazing. The staff was very helpful but it was a lack of english speakers. Also, the breakfast was complete and our rooms pretty comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pretty rude behaviours to customers. they deny bookings made through their agents, eventhough they are aware of the reservation they made you suffer for their problem with their agent.they simply explain, 'it is not my problem, you will not get your room when you arrive'

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had booked a room at karaman alo konagi with 4 beds (1 double, 3 singles) in separate rooms of the same room. They took us to ilhara mansion promising the best room. It was at first a one-area room whose bathroom was open from the top (great for soundproof experience!). We did not want it and they took us to another room with a stairway and two double beds which we ended up staying in because we were too tired to explain further (nobody speaks english!!!). The bathroom was small and inconvenient... We had a good time at the restaurant drinking expensive beer and wine.. I would never recommend this place.
