Cappadocia Caves Hotel - Zeybek Sk. no:3

Hotel management was friendly and attentive, they decorated our room ahead for my wife's birthday, that was so nice from them. Breakfast was abundant , no complaints at all.

The manager of the hotel is very arrogant and does not know how to speak and should learn basic etiquettes. I request the owner to address this issue and ask for him to speak to his manager for the bad behavior with customers. This is not how one treat their customers. The hospitality is horrible. Had the worst experience. Would never suggest anyone to go especially for the safety of women. The manager also used bad language and was bad tempered.

Very bad guest service, the staff should get trained about how to speak with the guests respectfully. I never had experienced this bad situation before. I was leaving to the airport and I asked for breakfast they staff members refused us even the breakfast was ready in their breakfast room. I Don’t recommend this hotel unless if you want to have bad services.

This is our first time in Cappadocia, the hotel arrange for airport pick-up and they are on time. The room was clean everyday, we stay here for 4 days. Hotel also arrange different tours (red, blue, green) we recommend to try all it who ever visiting Cappadocia. Mr. Turan and all of the staffs are very helpful, hats off to them. Disregards the negative reviews people are saying here, they are just demanding IMO.

It was amazing experience to stay in this hotel. It is located in the centre of the city. Hotel staff help us to do the various activity and save our time by providing pick and drop. We reached in the hotel and then plan everything according to the time we have. I highly recommend to book this hotel if you are coming to cappadocia. Their prices are very genuine and hotel is very clean.

This hotel is awesome. I booked the cheapest room here but it was quite spacious. The bed was fluffy and the bathroom was clean and looks new. The staffs were kind and offered us a good deal of tourist attractions. I will suggest you guys order the attraction with them rather than order it online. Especially if you plan to get a hot air balloon experience; it is sometimes canceled due to the bad weather, thus if you order it onsite, you will easily get a full refund. On the other hand, I asked the officials if I could get an early check-in since I arrived earlier than I predicted. And they let me get the room earlier! In addition, the hotel is easy to reach. It is very near to the station. Why it was important to me? Because of the bad weather in winter. I can't imagine if I had to seek the hotel in snowy rain. About the restaurant, they only offer breakfast. But you can order some snacks if you want. The cakes they bake were great, but since I came in winter, they were mostly cool. The hotel also has a great rooftop and swimming pool. However, since I visited it in winter, I didn't use it (of course!). Overall, I was satisfied with all the hospitality they served. I will suggest my friends stay here if they want to visit Goreme.

This place looked nice on web sites but our actual room had several issues. The blow dryer didn’t have a back so it had an exposed fan, the towel racks came off the wall when putting the towel on it, the curtain rods fell off the wall when closing the curtains. Windows were very thin. The shower dividers don’t really keep the water in and was all over the bathroom. The hot tub in the pool area isn’t heated. And we noticed after the first night when making the bed in the morning that there was blood on the bottom sheet! Neither one of us had scraps/cuts so it wasn’t our blood! We stayed in the premium suite. We were going to book a tour though the front desk and they asked how many other tour guides we have talked to when we said none, they quoted us really high. We found a private tour for half the price via trip advisor which worked great. This seems to be a bit of a theme not just at this hotel. Will say, shower had amazing water pressure.

Highly recommended stay in goreme. Amazing location . Rooms were spacious. We took a family room for 5. Clean and spacious. Reception was very helpful and arranged a hot air balloon ride for reasonable rates. Breakfast spread was awesome. All staffs were pleasant and helpful. Will definitely come back again
