Cappadocia Cave Resort & Spa

Its rather disappointing to have booked with this group. As unfortunately they do not keep their word. It's been a month since I have followed up for my payment refund - which they agreed to make over mails. As i had to cancel the trip due to exigencies n informed them well in advance. However, they have not honored their commitment and chose to not reply to any communication. My expectation of such a well known brand is professionalism and integrity. Which I don't seem to have experienced. Please make your bookings here only when certain to stay. As they can't seem to live up to their commitments and word.

Cappadocia cave resort & spa hotel has been the wonderful hotel I stayed in my life time. Amazing food and quality. Staff are very friendly and welcoming , thank you so much for everything???

It is a realy magnificent hotel, its location, view, rooms and staff are wonderful. The ethnic structure is completely preserved and comfort is offered to you. It is very easy to communicate with the staff and the staff is very friendly. The best place to stay when you come to Cappadocia. The food in the restaurant is great. In my next visit, I will definitely choose CCR hotel again.

The staff were very approachable and helpful, specially Pirouz who go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time- super nice and professional gentleman. Our stay was extremely comfortable. A beautiful hotel in a great location. Excellent rooms which were very spacious. Great housekeeping. Outstanding in all respects. Nice hospitality,good bed, cooperative staff,good social sense,food was fine ,it was a beautiful ambience around, things were taken care at short notice , overall a beautiful stay. We will definetely come back with friends and I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was incredible!! The views, the set up and service. Had my own indoor pool and jacuzzi on the hilltop. It was honestly magical

Walk up to a wonder land place where you have a feeling to be in a rock cabe with all modern enmity. The room view is breath taking. The Cave gives a feeling of a castle straight out of games of throne series especially in winter with snow. The view shows the upper decks , pool and the uchiar area. If you are lucky the balloons once in the sky can all be see right from the room . They have outside pool , jacuzzi and you can sit outside for breakfast. Incase you wanna do breakfast in their restraunt , the view is amazing and you can see the mountains, valley and the other caves. We were well taken care of during breakfast time by Ms Eliden who made sure we enjoy the elaborate breakfast. Thankyou so much for your hospitality . The spa setup has massage , salt room , hamam and temperature controlled swimming pool.
