★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, comfortable room with balcony, clean, BUT there is a terrible smell all around the area which wakes you up at night and keeps you from falling asleep. I understand it is due to a factory, and out of the control of the hotel, which is sad as I would otherwise have given 4 stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is extremely bad needs to improve. You need to know no one will help you. We paid for breakfast and in the morning the lady refused to let us in because she didn’t have our name in the list, after waiting 15 minutes to check with front desk she let us in but never apologize for her attitude. Air conditioner not working and room extremely hot so good luck if you came in summer time. Water pressure extremely bad and low I never seen something like that. I don’t know for what get 4 stars it should not.
