The library on the ground floor is suitable for studying and using computers. It doesn't get very crowded. The only downside is that there are no sockets on every table.

Geleli bir Halkevi, önce halkın "halk gibi" kalabileceği yer olmalı; "devlet dairesi" gibi değil. Örneğin, halkın toplumsal yaşamı 09:00-18:00 arasıyla mi kısıtlı? It's a beautiful building.
A Geleli Community Center should first be a place where people can stay "like people"; It's not like "government office". For example, is the social life of the people limited to between 09:00 and 18:00? What about being significantly closed on Sundays and public holidays? Turning a cultural focus, a free meeting place into a service unit of the administration, is to leave that valuable structure incomplete.

Between September and October, course registrations were made and documents were collected. But there was no feedback on the courses and the courses did not start. If it wasn't going to start, why did they take our documents from us? I'm giving 1 star because I couldn't get service.
