It has nothing to do with the service, they work according to the pleasure of an ordinary business. Luckily to find an opening, they close it during working hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 aylık ürünüm 2 hafta arayla 3 kez cankat teknik servise arıza için gitti ben ürünümüm buhar düğmesinin arızalı olduğunu söyledim arkadaşlar ütünün tabanını komple değiştirip ütü tamam diye geri gönderdiler 1 hafta geçmeden ütümün buhar düğmesi tekrar arızalandı tekrar .gönderdim bu sefer başka bişey değiştirip tekrarr gönderdiler ürünü ne hikmetse bu sefer ütü hiç açılmadı istanbula gönderdim ürünü sağolsunlar yardımcı oldular .. sizin anlayacağınız kesinlikle cankat teknik servis bu hizmetle mağduriyet vermekten başka bir iş yapmamıştır kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum .. Ayrıca neden farklı ve daha maliyetli parça değiştirdikleri konusundada endişeliyim gerekeni şirkete bildireceğim..
My 6-month product went to the cankat technical service 3 times in 2 weeks for a breakdown, I told my product that the steam button was defective, my friends changed the soleplate of the iron completely and sent it back as it was ok. No matter what wisdom, this time the iron was not opened at all. I sent the product to Istanbul. Thanks to their help they helped .. As you can understand, the cankat technical service did not do anything other than victimization with this service.
