Aradığımızda da size hemen dönüş yapılacak deyip iki buçuk saat bekledikten sonra tekrar arayınca sekreter ya da halkla ilişkiler uzmanı (olmaz zaten bu kapasiteyle) kız telefonu kapatırken, "arkadaş 2-3 dakikaya arayacak tamam mı hadi iyi günler" diyerek telefonu kapatıyor. Bence müşteriye nasıl hitap etmesini bilen insanlar çalıştırılmalı. Bir iletişim kursuna mutlaka ama mutlaka göndermelisiniz. Naçizane tavsiyem.
