★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asla önermiyorum. Fakir süpürgeyi garanti kapsamında teslim ettim. Bir ay boyunca arayıp sormadılar. Gidip sorduğumda malzeme beklediklerini söylediler. Yoğunluk nedeniyle tekrar arayamadım. Beni ne arayan oldu ne soran 6 ay sonra gittim. Süpürgeyi uzun bir süre bulamadılar. Üstelik servisin sahibi beni suçlar gibi konuştu. Teslim ettiğimiz ürün nedeniyle her hafta aramak zorundayız sanki. Normalde tamirini yapıp bizimle iletişim kurmaları gerekiyor. Süpürgenin İstanbul'a gönderildiğini ve sorun olmadığını söylediler. Oysa hava üfüren bölgeye post-it yapıştırmış idim ve hiç yerinden oynamamıştı bile. O sebeple İstanbul'a gönderdik demeleri bana inandırıcı gelmedi. Ayrıca Fakir müşteri hizmetlerini arayıp şikayet ettim. Fakir servis acenteliğini iptal etse bizler için daha iyi olacak.
I never recommend it. I delivered the poor vacuum cleaner under warranty. They did not call and ask for a month. When I went and asked, they said they were waiting for material. I could not redial due to the intensity. I went after 6 months asking me what the caller was. They couldn't find the broom for a long time. Moreover, the owner of the service spoke out like blaming me. It seems like we have to call every week because of the product we delivered. Normally they need to repair it and contact us. They said that the broom was sent to Istanbul and it was okay. Whereas, I had post-it attached to the air-blowing area and it hadn't even moved. That is why it did not seem convincing to me that they said we sent it to Istanbul. I also called Fakir customer service and complained. It will be better for us if the poor service agency cancels.
